At WOO Ritual, every order is carefully prepared with love and intention. Because our products are personal care items, we have a few policies in place to protect the safety and quality of every crown we serve.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened oils
- Opened grease jars
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
EXCHANGES
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or we made an error.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Please remember that healthy hair naturally sheds as part of its normal growth cycle. As your crown becomes thicker and longer, some shedding may be more noticeable because older strands are making room for new growth.
This is a natural part of the hair growth process and is not considered a product defect.
